Fulfillment Policy
At Parrade, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for both space providers and advertisers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and procedures to ensure that all advertising placements are executed as agreed upon through the Parrade platform.

1. Responsibility of Space Providers

Space providers are expected to:
Ensure Availability: Make the listed space available for advertising as described in the listing, at the agreed-upon time and location.
Deliver Accuracy: Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about the space, including dimensions, visibility, traffic exposure, and any restrictions.
Maintain Space Quality: Keep the space in clean, presentable, and operational condition for the full duration of the advertiser’s rental period.
Support Installation: Provide reasonable access and basic support for Parrade employees to install and remove advertising materials.

2. Responsibility of Advertisers

Advertisers are expected to:
Respect Booking Terms: Adhere to the agreed start and end times of the advertising rental.
Comply with Guidelines: Ensure all ad content is compliant with Parrade's content standards, local laws, and any specific restrictions stated by the space provider.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when:
Payment is successfully processed through Parrade.
Both parties have agreed to the terms specified in the listing.
A confirmation email is sent to both the space provider and advertiser.

4. Modifications & Cancellations

Any modification (date, duration, location, etc.) must be:
Submitted through the Parrade platform.
Approved by both parties.
Subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellation policies are governed separately under the Refund Policy and should be reviewed before booking.

5. Failure to Fulfill

If either party fails to fulfill their responsibilities:
Space Provider Non-Performance: The advertiser may be eligible for a refund or alternative space based on availability and situation assessment.
Advertiser Non-Performance: May result in forfeiture of the booking and, in certain cases, suspension from the platform.
Parrade will mediate disputes and reserve the right to take appropriate action, including issuing refunds, applying penalties, or removing listings.

6. Platform Role & Limitations

Parrade acts solely as an intermediary between advertisers and space providers. While we facilitate the connection and transaction:
We do not own or manage any of the listed spaces.
We are not responsible for physical fulfillment but may intervene to resolve disputes and ensure fair practices.
