Fulfillment Policy

At Parrade, we aim to provide a reliable and consistent experience for both Advertisers and Space Providers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for the execution of advertising bookings made through the Parrade platform.

This policy applies to all bookings facilitated through Parrade, including those in the United States and Malaysia.

1. Space Provider Responsibilities

Space Providers are responsible for:

a. Availability and Access

  • Ensuring the advertising space is available for the full campaign duration as agreed
  • Providing safe, reasonable, and timely access for installation, maintenance, and removal

b. Accuracy of Listing

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information, including location, dimensions, format, visibility, and any restrictions
  • Promptly updating any changes that may affect campaign delivery

c. Condition and Suitability

  • Maintaining the space in a condition suitable for advertising display
  • Ensuring the space complies with applicable laws, permits, and safety requirements

2. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for:

a. Content Compliance

  • Ensuring all advertising content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
  • Securing all necessary rights, licenses, and approvals for use of content

b. Timely Delivery

  • Providing final approved content and materials in accordance with required timelines
  • Coordinating production and installation where applicable

c. Adherence to Booking Terms

  • Complying with agreed campaign dates, specifications, and requirements

3. Installation and Execution

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Advertisers (or their appointed vendors) are responsible for production and installation of advertising materials
  • Space Providers must not unreasonably restrict access required for installation or removal
  • All installation activities must comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements

Parrade may, at its discretion, assist in coordination but does not assume responsibility for physical execution.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  • Payment is successfully processed through the platform
  • The booking is accepted and recorded in the Parrade system
  • A confirmation notice is issued

5. Modifications and Changes

Any modification to a confirmed booking:

  • Must be submitted through the Parrade platform
  • Requires approval from all relevant parties
  • Is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

6. Fulfillment Issues

Fulfillment issues may include, but are not limited to:

  • delayed campaign start
  • restricted access to the space
  • incomplete or partial display
  • early removal of advertising materials

In such cases:

  • The affected party must notify Parrade promptly
  • Parrade may review the situation and determine appropriate resolution, including partial refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements

7. Failure to Fulfill

a. Space Provider Non-Performance

If a Space Provider fails to deliver the advertising space as agreed:

  • The Advertiser may be eligible for a refund, credit, or alternative placement
  • Parrade may apply penalties, adjust payouts, or suspend listings

b. Advertiser Non-Performance

If an Advertiser fails to fulfill obligations:

  • The booking may be forfeited
  • Refund eligibility will be governed by the Refund Policy
  • Parrade may suspend or restrict platform access

8. Platform Role

Parrade operates as a marketplace facilitator:

  • Parrade does not own, lease, or control advertising spaces
  • Parrade is not responsible for physical execution or on-site operations
  • Parrade may intervene to resolve disputes and ensure fair and consistent outcomes

9. General Conditions

  • Campaign execution is subject to operational, environmental, and third-party factors, including access limitations, regulatory requirements, and external disruptions
  • Minor variations in placement, visibility, or timing may occur and do not constitute a failure of fulfillment
  • Parrade reserves the right to make final determinations on fulfillment-related disputes, acting reasonably and in good faith
