Terms & Conditions for Space and Spot Registration

By registering a space and spot on Parrade, you (“Space Provider”) agree to the following terms and conditions governing the listing, management, and booking of advertising spaces through our platform.

1. Eligibility to Register

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to offer the advertising space for commercial purposes in Malaysia.
• You must have the authority to register and represent the property or space being listed.

2. Accuracy of Information

• All information submitted during space registration (e.g., address, type, size, availability, images) must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Misleading or false listings may be removed without prior notice.

3. Compliance and Legality

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your space and the advertisements hosted there comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, zoning regulations, permits, and advertising standards.
• You must not list any spaces that:
  • Are not under your control
  • Are illegal to rent for advertising purposes
  • Are already committed to exclusive third-party advertising agreements

4. Content Standards

• You agree to upload only original content or content you have rights to use.
• Listings may not include offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.

5. Space Availability and Management

• You must regularly update the availability and status of your space and spot(s).
• You agree to promptly respond to booking requests within the specified timeframe, or risk automatic cancellation.

6. Fees and Payments

• Listing a space may be free or subject to service fees as per current pricing terms.
• Upon successful booking, Parrade may collect a platform fee which will be deducted from your payout.
• Payment terms and timelines will be provided in the payout schedule.

7. Booking Obligations

• Once you accept a booking, you are obligated to honor the agreement and provide access to the space as described.
• Cancellation after confirmation may result in penalties.

8. Insurance and Liability

• You are responsible for securing any insurance coverage necessary for liability, property damage, or third-party claims arising from advertisement usage.
• Parrade is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising out of the use of your space.

9. Termination or Suspension

• Parrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your ability to list spaces at any time for violation of these terms or any fraudulent activity.

10. Modification of Terms

• Parrade may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
